Terms of service

PassFast Theory provides original practice questions, timed mock exams, hazard perception practice and progress tracking to help you prepare for the UK car theory test. It is a study aid only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by DVSA, and we cannot guarantee that using the app will result in you passing any test.

• You must be old enough to hold or apply for a UK provisional driving licence.
• Give an email address you control and keep your password confidential.
• Your account is personal to you. Do not share or resell access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed by someone else.

The free tier includes the diagnostic quiz, one topic of your choice unlocked in full, and one timed multiple-choice mock exam.

Full access is a single one-time payment of £5.99 (GBP), including any applicable tax. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal. It unlocks every topic, unlimited mock exams, the hazard perception module, the adaptive review queue and your full progress history for as long as the service operates.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your access is unlocked automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment has succeeded. If you have paid and access has not unlocked within a few minutes, contact us and we will fix it.

We want you to be happy with what you paid for. If the app is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Beyond 14 days we will still consider refund requests fairly, particularly where the service has not worked as described. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• Do not copy, scrape, republish or resell our questions, explanations or hazard scenarios. They are our original work and are protected by copyright.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access other users data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated tools to bulk-extract content.

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Where we close a paid account for a breach, we may withhold a refund.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an as-is basis without warranties. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update content to reflect changes in the Highway Code or the theory test.

If we ever have to discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and consider pro-rata refunds for recent purchases.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as test fees, lost time or missed bookings. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use PassFast Theory after a change means you accept the updated terms.
